The Atrium Hotel collects only what is needed to take a booking, answer an enquiry, or send a newsletter you asked for. Names, dates of stay, contact details, and payment references are stored for the length of the stay and for accounting as required by law.
We do not sell guest lists. Access is limited to staff who need it to run the hotel. You may ask to see or correct the details we hold by writing to stay@theatrium.hotel.
